Complaints
At Real Finance, we’re committed to delivering excellent service. If something’s gone wrong or hasn’t met your expectations, please let us know so we can make it right and continue improving.
You can contact us by phone (0800 21 21 21), email, post, in person, or by using the complaint form below. We’ll confirm once we’ve received your complaint and begin investigating straight away.
We aim to respond within 7 days. If we need more information, we’ll get in touch before then. Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may have up to 40 working days to resolve it under relevant legislation (FMCA or CCCFA).
If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you can refer your complaint to an independent external dispute resolution service—free of charge.
